Went to turn the A/C on today and the compressor isn't working. Anyone else had A/C problems?

Check the belt, mine has shredded 3 A/C Belts in the last month.. I have the Innovators West 8-Rib Pulley System. Probably gonna go back to the 6 Rib Setup..

Wow, I've been hearing a noise for awhile and took it in and they couldn't find anything wrong and now the compressor isn't running so it makes me think is that what the noise was.

Dealer replaced the A/C compressor in mine last month. It never cooled very well and I thought I heard a ticking noise at times.
