Prepping the body color matched Heritage grill for install soon now that I received the custom Scorpion emblem that matches the others on the bumper and inside the car. Thanks Roger and the team at Emblem Pros!!!

Been a couple weeks since I updated. The ACS hood liner came back from paint in matte black and the strut tower brace and throttle body in Victory Red. Also changed all the hardware to stainless.
Next up is my headlights from AAC. Had Bi Xenon HID retrofits done with the housings in matte black with Colorshift halos installed. While the front is off I will install the heritage grill with the custom badge as well as the ACS T3/S ports with LEDs. My interior is also all out with Lupe at River City Customes getting treated with black and Victory Red paint. |

Best wife ever. Car parts in the living room!! Front bumper is done. Retrofitted with Heritage grill with customs Scorpion emblem, ACS T-3/S ports with a vertical row of three Eagle led pods in each.

Lots of pics to come once I get her cleaned up. I finished up the last of the mods I stacked up over the winter finally. Here is the finished front end. Changes included a heritage grill in Victory Red with custom Scorpion Emblem. ACS T3/S ports in matte black with Eagle LED pods in each, and headlights with bi-xenon HID retrofits also in matte black with AAC ColorShift Halos.
Finished the interior as well that Lupe did for me. Pics of that tomorrow. |

Well the car is finally all back together and my stack of saved up mods from winter are done. I am waiting on some Lloyd's mats and some detailing supplies to give it a massive cleanup and show car prepping. Thanks to Lupe for painting all the interior pieces!

Been awhile since my last post due to business and other projects. Got time for a car show today. 450 entries and I took one of the two top spots. Mine was for best of show custom car while the other was for the same but all original. There were about 80 other small trophys for first, second, third in numerous classes. Great day and very proud of how the car showed.
Had more than a couple negative comments from the old schoolers who think just because my car is newer it took less money, time, and passion to make it what it has become. I just showed one the trophy and asked what he got. Lol |

Been awhile since my last posts so thought I would provide some updates.
First I removed the reverse hood setup. In the end as cool as it was it was very restrictive to both viewing and cleaning the engine bay which is a focus area for me. Second I continue to have clearance issues in two spots between the hard ACS hood liner and two areas under the hood. The worst being the intercooler res cap. After several tries at eliminating the issues I finally pulled the trigger on a COPO hood from Eric over at MPD. Should be here next month. Still have to decide on paint as I'm torn between the look of matte and the shine and blemish free aspect of a quality black glossy finish. I need to pull the modified OEM hood and get it up for sale. I'm sure it will sell easily. Lastly I removed the CBM engine covers. Had clearance issues with those as well on the passenger side. I went with Rotofab covers in Victory Red and intend on having them airbrushed over the winter when the inside of the hood is done as Last edited by elarson5757; 01-09-2015 at 06:12 PM. |

Absolutely live it man, looks killer! That Camaro would have probably been featured everywhere out here in Arizona especially because of the scorpion lol..
