I guess a lot depends on the direction the car is going in and if you want to keep your warranty or not. This is what Id do to keep the warranty. If not, replace #3 for headers and tune it!

It seems like in each of my hot rods, Ive personnally enjoyed suspension work first for better handling of my engine mods.

Sway bars and tunnel braces

Take that out of the picture

Id go with a:

1) Cold air intake

2) Throttle body

3) Cut outs on stock exhaust

My number three option is great for guys that want sound on demand.

As far as bolt-ons go, I did Kooks headers with high flow cats, mufflers, etc. Next I did a CAI from Cold Air Inductions. Then the third thing would be a tune.

Definitely a lot of bang for your buck, but probably not so good for the warranty.
