Not trying to pry into someones personal business and if you feel it's personal, don't bother to post.

I'm just curious as to how much the cops are paying attention to these cars. I have a friend who drives into Anchorage for work in his Challenger during the summer months and almost every other time does, a State Trooper or an APD cop fall in behind him practically all the way. What say you?

Haven't gotten a ticket...yet. My Passport 8500 has saved my neck many times. If I ever speed its on the highway and usually only do 5 mph over. So I'm not too concerned.

Got a warning ticket for doing 65 in a 55. The funny things was, he followed me for about 5 miles before he pulled me over. He could have gotten what he wanted by calling in my plate number. I think he was checking out the new car on the road. The Camaro............

Nailed in speed trap in first week of ownership for 54 in a 30. I figured I was toast, but he let me off with a written warning. Nothing since (over 9000 miles)

No tickets yet, knocking on wood. My Beltronics V955 has my back. I usually cruise at 12 over, not much more.

had my car for a year and a half, and had to sell my valentine one radar that i had for financial reasons. During that time I never got a ticket

2 weeks later, i get TWO tickets within one week...77 in a 55 and 73 in a 50

Ended up buying the valentine one back and havent had another since haha

85 in a 70. Got ticket 2 days after buying my 2SSRS. First ticket in over 5 years so state is letting me take defensive driving class to keep it off my record. Probably get another ticket soon anyway cause my right foot is very heavy.

I have a Cobra 360 12 band. 21,000 miles and I haven't gotten a ticket yet. But I have been pulled over for my lights though quite a few time.... Still, no tickets! WOOT!
