Thank God I didnt drive my Camaro
So its Friday today, and I usually drive my Camaro on Friday, Saturday and Sunday only, not that I want to but my job requires me to drive my company car Mon-Thurs. Friday is an exception because it is always slow.
Well to get back to point, this morning I was happy to get in the Camaro and drive it to work, but when I got in it something just didnt feel right and my gut was telling me dont drive it, so I go with my gut and park the Camaro back into the garage. Well about an hour ago me and my boss went to one of our required locations, with me driving and her in passenger and I go to cross the street on a green light and this idiot runs a red light and right into me, driver side rear, and basically makes it undriveable. We call the cops they get it all straightened out and we call the company and they give us a new company car, I dont have pictures because my phone wasnt charged and I dont carry a camara on me, but all I want to say is thank God the Camaro wasnt out today or otherwise Id be out a Camaro. |

And to a side note, nobody was injured, everybodys ok, and the driver of the other car will cover all the expenses for the company car, as far as me and the boss are concerned were just happy it wasnt my Camaro or her Beamer.

SUE for what? They are ok, the car is being fixed/replaced, no harm done. Im for the law if you sue someone and loose, then you pay the court costs, etc.

Well, I think the idea of litigation was for the situations where things were not made right, i.e. car wasnt fixed, permanent medical damage, etc. I have seen accidents where everyone was walking around, then we goto get the patient refusal form filled out so they dont have to goto the hospital, but then all of a sudden someones neck starts to hurt. I know people do get screwed over, but let it happen first.
