I agree I have heard alot of bose and was not impressed. They sounded like a watered down version and I think the boston accoustics will be the same so I ordered mine with out bostons.Mine will have kickers all the way around so I can here the radio over my exhaust.

I believe Panasonic has a very large share of GM radios...all of them designed in Peach Tree City, Atlanta by American engineers and not in Japan as you may think.

Delphi still is the majority supplier of radios to GM. Designed in Kokomo IN.

Both make great OEM radios. Neither manufactures radios in US anymore. China and Mexico are where most radios are manufactured nowadays.

Branded systems like Boston Acoustics or Infinity are usually just the Speakers.

Wow totally missing the wheel bearings which upsets me as I work at the factory that makes them!

Kyklos Bearing Internation, Sandusky, Ohio
Makes both drive and the non-drive zeta bearings!

Sandusky? That's the same place Chis Farleys character Tommy Boy Callahan sales oil filters and brakes!
Great movie!

BTW That would be cool to work for a place that supplies our beloved Camaro it's parts, not as cool as it would be to be working at the Oshawa plant but still pretty cool!

Yep it is the same place, however there really is no Calahan Automotive..... I guess we're the closest thing.... Or the Ford supplier across town I suppose.

The Camaro (Zeta) bearing, or as we call it Family 3, is actually in such high demand right now that they're adding a third shift. I unfortunately am still laid off and am missing the call back for this third shift by 2 damn weeks!
