Both work... It was a play on words in that he received a pardon from slick willy... anyway I still don't understand why some people can seem to over come felony convictions and some cant.

He's able to get all of these cars first it seems,he got the first SS coupe,convertible and now the ZL-1,must be the reason why his dealership charges 20,000 over sticker for everything

He speaks from personal experience. I think Mr. Hendricks deserved the first for what he has done to promote the bowtie brand, but I am a biased 24 fan lol.
