Caliper swap companies?
So after 4 years and 47k miles my factory SS calipers look like complete shit. I paint like a blind man so thats out of the question, and I would also prefer to avoid any down time.
I recall some companies offering a factory caliper swap service (basically you buy a set of powdercoated calipers, and then ship them yours back as a core), but the last time I saw it was a long time ago. Does anyone offer this service still?

Mike did mine... looks great... But I sent in my own and had them sent back.. ? Why.. I wanted my early production non roller skate ones back... Also mine only had 9k on them.. Didn't want a set back with 50k on them.

Mileage won't matter as Mike rebuilds them. So even your "9k mile" calipers have been pulled apart and rebuilt.

I don't think he rebuilds them. Yes he puts them back together but I don't think your getting a new rebuild kit for the price he charges. I think he just makes sure they are in good condition. I could be wrong, he'd be the one to ask.

The "roller skates" are actually weights added to the pads not the calipers. Since you don't send your pads that shouldn't matter. To the question about the skates, they look like rollers coming out of the back of the calipers, hence being nicknamed "roller skates". The original brake pads squealed a bit and to combat that they added round weights to the pads as a rolling change to the camaro. Hope that answers some questions.

skates are on the pads, not the caliper.
