This is for the Kenwood "new" DNX7190HD. For those not familiar with the Kenwood products - the previous versions had a painfully slow UI. I can absolutely confirm that this model and the new DNX line is almost instant fast, and still has the Garmin Nav which is tops.

I had this installed for just about 2 months in which I drove maybe 500 miles, so not much usage .... I am flipping head units like burgers as I do many custom installs.

MANY HAVE ASKED which model this is (and it IS) the current model - this year - other than briefly used / install - YES - it is a deal. Below is a link so you know which it is ...

Yes - this "IS" the most current shipping KENWOOD and "YES" it's priced very good ... If you want to know what it is - it is this :

The 9990HD is the step up and adds very little more in this years line-up. I think maybe 1 more USB, and some other nav live that was not a big deal to me - but certainly your call.

I am selling several items I should have been selling for a bit not because anything is wrong - but I need to fund my other investments.

I am likely going to post this on eBay if i don't get a snag this weekend so just let me know.

I have used both Metra Kits - and the Alpine Kits. I will be honest that I have had nothing but issues with the AlpinePerfect Kit Setups (and actually have another where the display blew) here at my house. It was the 5th - so I have given up. Some users have been ok.

This will install perfect with either and has (but the Alpine/Scosche Display module just had issues with me).

I know many complain about the Metra kit but mine has "always worked" and I only have the one currently and is cut up for another install.

I wish I could help and if you want to try your hand with an AlpinePerfect Kit and warranty return - I could maybe help
