But, how would I lift both the right and left of the rear to put jack stands on each side'so I could drop the subframe?

Even without ground effects, my hydraulic jack (nothing fancy; run-of-the-mill Autozone hydraulic floor jack) doesn't fit under any good place.
Ultimately had to sneak under the car between the wheel and fender. Gave me a chuckle and about a minute's worth of "Hey, how am I going to do this?" the first time I wanted to get under the car!  I didn't use the jack points listed above for the front, but I did jack the vehicle up using the frame....close to the area where the jack stands were eventually inserted.

I cut squares out of the hard rubber floor mates that you can buy. that are about 3/4 or inch thick and use those for the hyd. jack and jack stands so my undercarriage doesn't get scratched. we use them on hoists in our garage also.

I purchased the 2 ton heavy duty floor jack from Tire Rack this week, very nice!!!
I'm fortunate as my garage slab is up about an inch from the driveway so when I pull the nose of the car in the slab gives it that extra bit of clearance to get the jack under. The jack also has a rubber pad on the cup so no need for wood or hockey puck to protect the frame. Thanks for all the advice.

Myself and many others lift the rear using the rear differential with no issue. Some people will not suggest this but I've had no issues.
