Dont forget. Fuel savings wont really matter as you would be taking on a car payment. If the supra is paid for keep it. Much more fun car. And think of it this way. The 5th gen will be around for years to come. A 1995 tt supra wont be. I love my supras. Plus the 2j gets better milage unless something is wrong or your driving it really hard. I was hitting 27-28 with my single turbo on the highway.

I know the SS is top dog, and assuming your Supra is modded, it is probably already faster than one, but don't completely discount the V6 models if money is an issue, my LS gets high teens around town with me driving, and a few more (high teens low 20's) when my wife does, and are known to knock down 30+ Hwy... There is at least one turbo kit on the market and a couple in development that will be out at some point in the (hopefully near) future...

There must be something wrong then. The best I've ever seen is 18 mpg, but usually it's around 13 mpg. Only real mods are cat back and front mount. I started working with the suspension and breaks first. And can't really drive it that hard in LA.

update on mine as I checked it on the way home tonight. My AVG is 18.6 with an average speed of 32mph. I was pretty impressed.
