Exhaust Tips

Any exhaust companies making exhaust tips to go in the GM GFX (trapezoidal). The round tips look lame in the trapezoidal openings.

I saw Mr. Hendricks Black Camaro the "Black" concept car with the red halos, painted grnd effects and matte hood and well they had removed the stock tips so they were recessed a few inches and you couldn't see this unless you bent all the way down and looked. i figured thats one way of doing it.

I'll be using these tips on mine, but I won't have the GFX.

We have a guy that works with us that has a Lexus 460 and he has the same thing, round exhaust tips on the inside just like the Camaro.

Not sure how this helps, we are looking for the square tips to match the square GFX opening.

Hello all! This was this newbie's biggest concern... I ordered my car May 5th and have been contemplating removing the ground effects from my order just because I can't deal with the cheesy exhaust in an exhaust idea. I saw a new Mazda 6 with the same look today as well. Looks like it is becoming a ridiculous trend. 91Z28350 was close. I just found it thru Google. The website is MBRP, not MBPR. Looks like they have their own catback and x-pipe setup too.
http://www.mbrp.com
Here is their quote... "For those with the RS/SS model, we have a set of tig welded square tips that follow the contour of the skirt opening perfectly."

After looking at the pictures they had, I don't like. Still looks like an exhaust-in-an-exhaust and a older gen Z28 square tip stuck inside. No sure if those silver square inserts are plastic or metal, but if plastic, I would really worry about them melting over a period of time.

sheet metal and some welding looks to be the only option right now plus i think it would look better that way than just having a square tip in side it
