Picture request

Does anybody have a picture of a yellow Camaro with MRR 228 or 017 wheels? I'm thinking about getting a set but not sure what available color options would look good on my car. Naturally, most people will say gloss black will look good. My only issue is that my car has matte black stripes so I thought the matte and gloss finishes would clash and not look good together. A friend of mine suggested a flat black wheel. It makes sense, but I'm concerned the finish will fade over time and have a oxidized look. I like graphite, but not sure it would look good on my car. I have searched the forum and online and haven't had much luck. I'm hoping my fellow 5th gen owners can help me out, whether it be posting a picture or sharing your opinion. Any help is appreciated

Matte wheels tend to look dirty quick ,I had gloss FR41s on my yellow 2012,got gloss MRR O17s on my black car, after having both style wheels I still can't say which I like better

That is tempting. I haven't been to Houston since I graduated and moved back home, but swore I would never go back. I might make an exception if I can go get some wheels for my car. I will do a little more checking on the sizes and offsets available and see about getting a quote on a staggered set

Thanks for the picture Paul. I do like the black on yellow. If I remember correctly, didn't you offer the 228 in custom finishes? A friend of mine recommended a polished wheel. At one time that was a factory option, but I think that was only for a short time. I checked phasteck web site. They offer a brushed finish as well as the black and graphite.
After looking around on the Internet, I'm a bit confused about what sizes the 228 is offered in. Most places only show them available in 20x10 front and 20x11 rear. While those would look awesome, I would have to get wider tires than my current 245 front and 275 rear. My wife would kill me lol. I could have sworn I saw them available in 20x8.5 or 9. Do you have them in these sizes?
One last question: if I were to go with a "square" setup, how would it affect cornering ability? I have considered going square so I can rotate tires and help them last longer

Your welcome

So the M228 Comes in a few options actually

20x9 ET 25 or Et 35
20x10 ET 23 or ET 35
20x11 ET 43

Now we do offer custom finishes as well if you desire we can have it done to whatever finish you desire.

That being said since you have factory 245/275 tires and you dont want to change out the tires here is a good option for you.

20x9 ET 25
20x10 ET 35

This is my recommendation for you
