Hello CAMARO5 members!!!!
New to the forum and just wanted to say hello to all out there. I have been reading a majority of the posts for the past couple months and decided it was time to join in. Looking forward to ordering my 2LT/RS next year. Wish I could do so sooner but the lease on the Cadillac CTS doesn't expire til November 2009. Until then I look forward to hearing all your experiences regarding this awesome vehicle.

Do you have the 300hp engine on your CTS that is going to be in the V6 Camaro, and if so how do you like it?

No, its not the same engine. I have the 2.8L V6 which is rated at 210hp. Not bad but underpowered for the car. I have read that the V6 in the Camaro is a fantastic engine.

I took the DI 3.6 CTS on an extended test drive, I was pretty impressed with it. Quite a lot of power, though it didn't quite have the kick of my supercharged 3.8L. Much more of a linear power.
