First off, it will definitely take you more than one day. Start grasping the concept of DAYS.

The only time you have to dedicate a pad to a car is if the paint job is a single stage job. Other than that, no. You will find out, however, that you are going to need more than one orange pad. I'm just warning you ahead of time.

If you look just above them, there's a tarp covering them. You didn't think it would be that easy, now did you?

IMHO dust doesn't just fall from the ceiling. It gets blown around in the garage, especially when guys like us blow dry their car in the garage. Even the exhaust from the cars can kick up dust from the floor. I don't trust leaving my expensive towels in the open to collect sandpaper for my paint... I do leave my junk towels out though.

Stuff that small can mess up the paint?

If so then I'm screwed. Without spending a couple hours every day on it, this pollen will just have me a dirty car at all times.

Good point. And that is why you soak your work area down with water before you blow anything around. My dad use to do that in the paint booth before he painted a car. That is the reason I will be hard pressed to ever move from my house. That drain in the floor makes life so much easier.

You looked tired as hell. I didn't have the heart to. lol

But I did say hi. You were wet sanding a car. Actually, I just put the PC on the car hood a second ago wih the SAHR. My cut and broken finger can't really take the vibration though. I'm gonna try but wanted to come in and make sure I'm doing it right.

Oh, I remember talking to you. I wasn't that tired. By the way, that was old you were looking at, not tired!
