Question about trunk lid with holes

Silly question people but i need a solution, i had the stock spoiler on my trunk lid and now im looking to install the GM high wing, what is the solution to the holes left open? is there something i can buy online or do?

1. Fill and paint.
2. Purchase a new/used deck lid
3. Get plugs to cover any holes showing (not my favorite)

painting option is not the option im looking for atm nor is purchasing a new lid.

Where can i get these plugs?

Any hardware store.
They have nylon and metal. Just a plain hole plug is all. A few pennies max...all depends on what color car. You may just get a touch up paint and get it to somewhat match. Just a thought.

I havent see one with the plugs in the holes, I cant imagine it would look very good but it also keeps you from painting the trunk lid.

I have the high wing spoiler on my car and actually left the stock spoiler on.. ( I also have stripes) to be honest i get comps all the time on the style .. it looks great and you don't even notice.. i drilled the holes for the highwing a 16th of an inch in front of the stock spoiler..

That doesn't look half bad from that angle. Got any more pics? Doing both spoilers never even occurred to me lol.
