His "cure" for wheel hop...
I was talking to a buddy of mine and we were mostly talking about detailing, because he does it professionally, but he also has a 1,000hp GTO. Newer one, not the classic. LS motor. We got onto the topic of modding my 1LE. He kept telling me to put coilovers on it and I said the only thing I'm touching on my suspension is the rear end bushings to tame some of the wheel hop when he said this:
I've never heard of such a thing. Larger diameter half shaft... To me doesn't even make sense. I guess I'm posting this because I'd like some input from the people on here that are much smarter than I. I will also post in suspension.

I thought most cars were designed with axles this way from the factory.

Your 1LE already has different diameter half shafts. It helps with wheel hop, but you may need more. Trailing arms and bushings will help.
