Legal in Fstock? 2014 SS with 285/35/20s on 10in wheels plus 1LE sway bars.

If you are saying that you have an SS non 1LE with 1LE sways and rims/tires then no.
You can swap sways in FS but the wheels have to be stock size or -1" diameter but same width.
You are allowed to change your car over to 1LE specs but to be legal you have to change everything that came with the 1LE package to include the rear gear, transmission etc. You are not allowed to cherry pick pieces and parts. Its all or nothing. I know it sucks.
The 1LE has everything set up for autox IMO except its gearing. Its geared too high for autox. I'd LOVE to have seen the 1LE come with the tr6060 ratios.
