Wheel paint is in fact very thin, you can even see through it. I put several coats of Zaino on them so it's easy to get the dust off.
You can't go wrong with a DA orbital buffer. You would have to try and burn the clear coat using that. It's a high speed polisher that you have to keep moving. |

planning on taking a swing at clear bra-ing some key areas on my car soon. my first priority is near the door sill plates. where driver or passengers negligently step and ruin the paint!
