What if...
Had dealer change engine and rear diff oil. I supplied fluids, it was a lot cheaper that way. Car seems to have woken up a lot since then, but I'm kinda worried they may not have added the friction modifier to the diff since I didn't see a charge on the paperwork for it.
What happens if they didn't put it in??

What kind of diff fluid did you get. Some already have a friction modifier in them.

It was mobil 1 brand. I don't think it does but I'm not sure

I would guess that if you brought your own parts and didn't request them to supply the additive, and you weren't charged for it, they didn't put it in.

Oh I made sure to mention it. Total charge to change both was 50 so it is possible, but idk...
It left two lines last night, pretty sure. That's what a warranty is for right?
