Reputable NYC area dealers? - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

Ive been visiting this site as a guest for a long time now, and have come to really appreciate what this community has to offer. Now that im finally ready to place an order, i was wondering if anyone can recommend a dealer in this area. Im willing to pay MSRP, but not a penny more. We stopped by 86st Chevy Saab the other day, they still have a 5k markup on lot camaros!

Has anyone dealt with them, in particular? Any input on them or any other dealership is appreciated. I look forward to a camaro in my garage and to sharing my experiences with CAMARO5

i know the same people i went out there with my supplier discount they said best we can do for you is msrp, then i met al dobbs in paul conte he is the li camaro godfather

Thanks everyone I really appreciate it. I will consider all when I place an order the first day possible for the 2011 model. It was the type of dealer I was worried about - I didnt wanna place an order only to come in and find that I have several thousand dollars of dealer extras (undercoating, VIN in windows, etc) that im expected to pay for...........and that kind of stuff.

mg if you want vin etching go to your local nypd pct, or come see me in williamsburg(nypd) its free, and trust me talk to al dobbs, he is stright up no bull **** he is on the forums and is local and he is the shit, i went to 86st, they laughted at me when i was greeted and said hi i want one of these as i pointed to a camaro 2nd time they did me wrong much respect to al and paul conte they got my business for life or unless al changes dealers lol

I don't think reputable and dealership go together in the same sentence. lol. I'm already getting screwed by not only the dealership but by GM.

Go to Manfredi Chevrolet in Staten Island and ask for Bill. He will take care of you I have been dealing with him for the past 15 years and has always done the right thing for me.
