Do you prefer KY or Vasoline?

What you are describing is HIGHLY irregular. And everyone in this crowd is going to agree that they tried to pull a fast one on you, and hide a very big story about this car.

A new car can have some miles on it as long as it was never registered but with 15k on it, HIGHLY Unlikely....

Sorry but if it had 15K on it it wasn't sold as new. A "demo" car is the same as a used car. It probably was crashed at some point and the person liked the V6 front end better. Others have done the same. I don't think they will do anything for you. It never hurts to ask but I'm guessing the most you'll get is a little work to clean up the paint you referenced. Good luck.

PLease tell me you looked at the engine! Just imagine if the dealer or previous owner put SS emblems on a v6

JAG cannot help you with personal matters. Only military stuff. Maybe offer some advice but cant actually do anything

Like I said I did look at the motor

Would this vehicle have a damaged title you think? I guess I need to get the VIN and get a carfax report.

I'm still wondering what all laws might have been broken here.. I know arkansas is very picky on auto sales laws..

If the car was sold AS IS you dont really have many options. But if the car was falsely advertised to you in any way then you have some leverage.Example, back in 07 I bought a 2007 dodge caliber (used) it was advertised to have cruise control. It had the switches but didn't work. I took it to a dodge dealership and after having it torn apart they found that someone just threw the switches in but didn't have the actual system/wiring harness for it. So I took that to little local used car place I got it from and they had to pay to have the cruise control installed because they sold it to me saying it had it.

It wasn't sold AS IS. It was sold with original warranty. Plus I purchased extended warranty, Wheel and Tire warranty, and service package (which is why I believe it was sold as new.) Also used Chevrolets come with either 60 or 90 days of onstar, i think, not the 12months of onstar, which I got. This leads me to believe that it was sold as New.

Also as I search the state's DMV website I find that laws have been broken by the dealership. One of which states that they have to give me a pamplet that issued by the state that describes the state's lemon law in detail. I was never given such pamplet.
