Recently I was cited for tint, no front plate and modified exhaust. I removed the tint and had it signed off and had to pay the 25 dollar fix it ticket fine. The plate I zip tied to the lower grill, showed the officer at my local station and he signed it off. I went home, took the plate off and placed it inside the car on the right lower windshield. Haven't had an issue since. As for the exhaust, I went in front of the judge, fought it and won. But that's another story. Go to the courthouse, talk to someone at the front desk and see what your options are regarding the "non correctable" tint citation

Putting the front plate in the window isn't going to help, still not on the front of the car and its a safety issue, police will tell you if you get into an accident with that plate inside it could be dangerous as it could fly
