I love the CF mail slot decal, where did you find that? Car looks good

Thanks for the compliment! I ordered it through Autotrimdesign. Tell them you want the Carbon Fiber Oracal. It actually has texture and breathes. I have people think it was really Carbon Fiber. You apply this dry with no solution. Pretty easy to work with but it stretches easily.

I can post some close up shots of the mail slot and back lid if you need me to.

That would be great, i've been debating doing the mail slot or not...im feeling the CF though.

Here are some close up shots for you. If I can help in any way when you get ready to install it let me know. It gave me fits at first so I learn some good tips the hard way..lol Shoot me a PM and I will send you my number if you need it. You will love the Oracal material. It feels just like Carbon Fiber! I actually ordered the piece that covers the middle part only of the hood but cannot decide if I want to install it or not. The SIM is so clean and looking, I was not sure if it would be to much or take away from the clean SIM look.

PS...post some pics when you get finished with it.

Finished painting the Brembos for my SIM. Turned out great for only $17 and about 5 hours total. I have some Brembo decals on order to apply and I think that will be it on my external mods to the SIM other having the windows tented

For color options all I see is the "Carbon fiber (simulated)" for an additional $6. Is this the oracle print that you are talking about? Or do I need to call and ask specifically for it?

Looking at purchasing a CPO with Silver with Blue stripes.... Is this stripe color OEM? I have never seen this before...

I would call to make sure you order the right one. The simulated is not the oracal. I think there is another page or a link on the Simulated that will take you to the Oracal or Di-noc. Di-noc is the same as the Oracal and they used to carry the Di-noc but replaced it with the Oracal. Call them and ask for Dawn. Tell her Don from Madison, Mississippi referred you. I have ordered lots of stuff from her. She will take care of ya.

I just got off the phone with Dawn, she helped me get the dinoc stlye, i also ordered matte black side vent accents!

She said "I know exactly who you are talking about, we've spent a lot of time talking on the phone. He's bought almost everything we make for the new camaro" hahah.

Looks great! Not overstated. Please do a garage as I see you have other mods. I say no to the hood as I too like the clean look of SIM. On the tint, consider limo tint on back glass to cut the headlights from behind. Makes it hard to back up at night looking out the back glass but depends on what you like. Trying for an SIM this Spring...nice look on your C SIM
