So mlee has put in a request to change my name 3 times now and it's been over 2 weeks. Tran isn't doing it. Maybe he's busy. I was looking to PM him myself, but not sure how to find him. I've searched Tran on here, but nothing. Is there a specific way to search users?

To search the users, go to the grey bar up top and you should find a drop-down list in the middle labelled 'Community', select the option 'Members List'. On the right hand side of the members list page you can search (either in that box or through an advanced search option)
However, you don't need to do that to send him a PM. From your PM page (or anywhere in your user CP for that matter), if you look partway down on the left hand side you'll see an option (under Private Messages) to 'Send New Message'. Click on it and you'll be able to send a PM to anyone on the site that you can remember the username of -just type their name (in this case Tran) in the top box labelled 'Recipient Username'
