Is this all I need to give my non RS 2LS Halos? ($189.95) And how much would installation cost? Seems too good to be true.

Looks to be about right. It's a different kit than what I used, but it should be all you need if you just plan to use the switch. I wound up getting a little crazier with my install, so I bought more wiring, which you will probably need as well (plus splices/connectors). The halo wires just aren't long enough if you plan to run them into the cabin.
As for install price, I can't help you there. I did everything myself.

Thanks. If I buy this kit can I just take it to any auto body?
And would they have the extra wiring there because I wouldn't know where to buy it.

Hmm, that I'm not sure about. Best bet would probably be to call some tuner/custom shops instead of body shops, I'd think. See what they say first. Everything I've done so far has been diy, so I don't have a lot of experience with the shops, sorry

I suggest going with the Eagle Eye headlights. They have the Halo built in and they look fantastic.

Send a message via Yahoo to 31B
You need to separate the headlights with a heat gun or stick em in an oven for 20 min to loosen adhesive. you can splice them into the DRL's I believe so don'thave to run a switch.

Would pep boys do this? Or a Chevrolet Service dept, or a local auto body?

Whereas those do look good...the OP wants dual color halos as to change them up. The eagle eyes do not do this.
