Front/Rear Fascia TSB
I saw some threads regarding this subject, but didn't see the TSB I found that addresses it. In summary, the TSB addresses existing paint chipping and preventative action to prevent chipping on the edges where the fascia panels meet the fender/quarter panel. I discovered a chip on mine, and I have access to technical info and found TSB 09-08-51-005B. My front fascia had a little color mismatch anyway, so they'll fix both since they have to refinish the entire fascia to remedy. Figured I'd share the info for the group's benefit.
Here's what mine did:

Current Malibu has this same problem, exactly like in your pic.
I allways thought the corners on GM cars were kind of weird and not cut properly, like it kind of bulges at the corners and paint builds up and chips off when the corners rub each other. Been watching for this issue on my camaro, so far no issues though.
