Who posted the customer service call recording? Where?

I think if I got hung out to dry, however, I'd be a bit of a jerk too. That being said, it'd be nice of AAC posted some kind of response.

In any case one person's experience is just an indicator, not an absolute barometer of a company's product or service, I, for one, appreciate the heads up.

The simple fact that they are willing to post a PRIVATE conversation on the internet shows volumes about this companies integrity. I for one wont be doing business with them for this alone. That being said the buyer wouldnt get his money back from me either with his mouth and attitude. Just sayin.

Wow is all I can say about that call. Justin your customer service lady is very good and handled him perfect. If thst was the originator (moonsault) of this thread I feel he should be no longer allowed to post on this site. I for one wouldn't of even sent my lights to you if they looked like that and expected a refund.

I admit, I've been where his conversation is in the audio after a lot of run around. Do we know if this was the last straw with him? Was this his first call or his last? I agree with you its very childish of a company to post this...speaks volumes of there integrity to post a private conversation. So did they records the rest of you? I'm not willing to go through this experience. It sounds like a defamation of character suit against AAC. Good luck to both parties.

If he told her to jump off a bridge.......You guys at AAC are in a tough spot, I get that. But youve lost how many customers so far over this? After 25 yrs in the business Ive refunded money once or twice. You cant please everybody. Theres an old saying in the business......A HAPPY customer will tell 5 people, an UNHAPPY one will tell 20.

EDIT....Or in this case 34000+

My last comment was meant as a compliment to you and your company. I still intend to push for my fellow Camaro owners here to join me in hoping to get someone from your company to take care of us over here in Hawaii. Where you will experience a great deal of Aloha.

Justin,
I have been waiting to hear from you all day. I gather you are "around" as you have been quite busy posting a defense, but not responding to me personally. I would appreciate it if you could call me tomorrow so we can discuss this. I do not know (or care) if publishing private customer service calls online is legal, but it does speak for itself. I would agree my anger and frustration was uncalled for if it was not for the fact that I have a valid complaint.
And for the record, I asked for a copy of the recording. I did NOT give my consent to have it posted in public.
Regards

Been in the bodyshop business myself and the complainers and unhappy people are the ones that want money back (it wasn't like that before)or something fixed for nothing or are pissed I wouldn't save their deductable. Let them tell 20 people, who needs these jerks or their friends. The 5 good customers will tell their 5 friends and then you build a great customer base.

people can be ate up sometimes... i guess since i deal with the customers face to face, its more difficult to understand how a simple core exchange + $ can be hard to understand...
