Yeah I just moved from Virginia where we have to pass emissions and I never had an issue. Took my vehicle to Courtesy Chevrolet in San Jose and got a rash of stuff about my Rx breather cap and intake being illegal . . . even though my car is still registered in Virginia with Virginia plates.
Anyone know of a dealer/service department in the Bay Area that is mod friendly? |
