I remember those days. I also remembering working my arse off for $6.00 an hour. Not everything was "better" back then

45 cents I used to buy it hat 25 cents I would put 50 cents in my beetle and last all week going to schoolNow here in BC we are paying the equvelent to about 5 bucks a gal for 87 5.50 for 91 Whats life coming to

Ours just jumped up 30¢ a gallon overnight. Now it's $3.99 a gallon. Sigh.

I remember it being under a dollar and I am not a old timer. I am 28...

It is $1.45 in my area a litre...so roughly $5.35 off the top of my head per gallon.
