Bought it maybe 4 months ago, recently took off the car because the car was sold. It has possibly 3000 miles on it, because I didn't drive the Camaro very often. The filter still looks new, and everything is in pristine condition.

^ if u blow something up just keep ur stock intake and throw it on before u take it in

Nope! There is a law that covers you for cai. Only things that could cause other things to fail do. Do some research on this law....I don't have link but it's easy to find
