DCCC @Camaro Superfest 2014
Derby City Camaro Club went on a trip to Yipsilanti, MI this 4th of July weekend for Camaro Superfest 2014. We had 15 cars representing Louisville, Kentucky. Members Camarovan'd across KY, IN, OH, & MI Thursday, then hit Michigan International Speedway on Friday. Saturday was spent at show going through judging and then out to Lingenfelter to tour there collection and to meet club sponsors Ken & Kristen Lingenfelter. Sunday we made the news on 2 channels -Detroit channel 4 interviewed myself and club Leader Jim Wilkins and showed 5 club cars including my Sasuke! That afternoon we had 8 members bring home 11 awards including the top two Show Car 1967-2014 class Camaros, 1st place street 2010-2014 class, 1st place Specialty class, and Best Interior among others. Hope you all enjoy the major picture dumping Im about to do.

Hope you enjoyed your visit to Michigan. Superfest is always a great show and the Lingenfelter Collection is always a nice bonus. Ken and Kristen are great host. See you next year. |
