Upgrading Pulley need suggestions on removal

Good evening everyone,

So recently decided to upgrade my Pulley to a 3.40 on my Maggie heartbeat and wanted to know if anyone who has experience on removing the old pulley and installing the new one. Any feedback, tutorials or videos would help. I looked online and couldn't find something similar to my set up.

Thank you for your business.

Crack the bolts loose before you remove the belt, then remove the belt, finish the pulley swap then install the belt and torque the bolts, Blue Loctite is recommended on the bolts., torque is 18 ft lbs.

You may need a shorter belt, pay special close attention to where the tensioner rides between the markers after you start the car.

You want it closer to the tight side or the way you wind it to remove the belt.

Ted.
