It doesn't take much to break the tires loose. I may have been at about 2500 when I dumped the clutch then about 3/4 throttle. I spotted the state trooper so the take off was 1st 2nd... 6th.

Sweet. At least I can live vicariously lol. Off-topic, we hosted a big poker party over the weekend and there's been a lot of problems with acid rain and base housing sprinklers leaving spots on people's cars. So my PC 7424 might be paying for itself soon

The weather has been like this pretty much all but 2-3 days since I picked up my car. After 15 days I just have over 400 miles on it driving it to/from work in the rain. Haven't had a chance to really get it out and tool around in it like Tram has. Plus in California, driving over 100 can result in loss of license for 30 days:

California law makes the offense of speeding over 100 miles per hour a 2 point traffic infraction. The main difference between the violation of driving over 100 and other speeding offenses is that a conviction can result in a 30 day license suspension.
