Road and dyno tuning

Does your tuner road tune for drivability as well as Dyno tune?

both...but I must say his dyno tune is so good, the road tune usually is uneventful and no need to change anything

Any good tuner will. Both my car and my buddy ZL1 would do one thing on the dyno and under an additional load of actually driving down the highway would pull out timing.

Well known workshop here in Australia...only dyno tunes...recently a friend of mine had loads of issues...with drive ability...1 week later it's still being worked on, his mods were, 23% lower pulley, injectors, intake, extractors.

Reason I was asking cause the tuner i use ALWAYS tuned both dyno and road tune, when my friend told me it was only dyno tuned I was really surprised.

Another workshop said "is he that good at tuning"......LOL

You need an Eddy Current load control dyno in order to properly tune the driveability of a car on the dyno and even then it should be road tested afterwards.

WOT and max power is generally the easiest parameter to tune. Driveability takes more time.
