Relax and take a deep breath, NiR...he is just trying to help.

He was going to take a look at the MSRP vs Invoice price to give you some information.

If it is a new car, then you would have nothing to worry about, would you? We (nobody here) has seen the car as you have, so we would have no idea.

From what I can tell by what you wrote down, I checked out what the "True Market Value® Pricing" is going for in the NYC area and is based on the 2011 1LT model. Invoice Pricing is about $27,595, MSRP is around $29,070, that would make the TMV at about $27,962. This is an average price of the sales in that area. Now I am no expert but I have been researching the Camaro 5 for the last month as I will be getting my first in the next couple months. So I think this is a good price. Hope this helps.

I agree with the TMV suggestion! Go to edmunds.com/tmv and see what they say. I just bought a Toyota Camry SE using the TMV guide and paid $555 under invoice for my car. I got it for 24,500 +TTL ($26,162) and the MSRP for it was $27,862. Its fully loaded! I also managed to get $3,000 for my trade. so it brought my out the door price down to $23,162.

You would need a 2lt or 2SS for the leather. Have you looked at Camaro's before going to this dealer? I would recommend spending some time researching all about the Camaro before you make your decision. Pick the car and options you want to have and then start searching for the best deal. There are also several ways to save on GM products through your credit union, USAA insurance, owner loyalty, etc... Research these option also. The more you know when you go looking the better the chance of you getting a good deal.

Just my two cents . . .

When someone says "msrp is " xxx " , internet price "xxx". does that mean the price they are offering me is the internet price?
