Hypertech tune questions

Hey everyone i have an auto 2010 v6 with kn air charger and flowmaster axle back exhaust. I was wondering what the best performance settings would be as far as tranny shift points? Im going to set the rev limiter to 6800 and set the shift firmness to 50%. Just need help with shift points thanks.

Isnt it always red line st WOT? what about when you drive thru streets or city? And how does that firmness feel? Because ive been told 50% was optimal but im wiling to try anything

100% shift firmness is supposed to be for drag use, but I personally just like the shift to be firm and my v6 actually was set at 6500rpm redline, until I changed it to 7100
