January 20th is my birthday! Everybody bring mods! Kidding kidding, but I may not be able to make it, which is a bummer. Any way we could maybe consider a different date, maybe friday the 18th after 6pm for homestar?

I'm going to defer to everyone else on that one. It's ok with me, just not much daylight by that time. I'm good with it though. On a Friday how busy will that place be? I've been over there like once at midnight, so it was obviously pretty dead. What's traffic going to be like?

If it were my choice it would be closer to Denton. If its the 20th I won't be there. Any other date and I'm in

Sunday is a much better day to have this meet. My Caroline, if you want the meet to be in denton then plan February's meet. On a friday afternoon the mall is going to be very crowded not to mention the traffic that Sasquash pointed out is going to be a nightmare on a friday night.

Like I said, I can make it ANY date but the 20th. If so, I'll be there.

As of right now I should be in on the 20th @ the mall. I'm upgrading to Pedders ZL1 FE5 rear suspension and should have it done by then. Just waiting on a few more parts.

Drop will be the same but I'm changing out the Lower Control Arms to the newer GM FE4 style, Pedders ZL1 rear swaybar, FE4 drop links, Pfadt trailing arm bushings, a set of BMR Toe Rods, setting the front swaybar to the stiffest setting, Pedders power steering bushing, and an Agressive Street alignment.

Should make the car handle alot better and the alignment/ZL1 bar is supposed to help get a better launch at the drag strip. We will see....but I hate the flembsy FE3 end links any way so mentally I'll be alot happier even if it didn't perform better.

I've never done springs on a import but assuming they are basically the same as american cars then it shouldn't be an issue.

If they're anything like regular IS springs it shouldn't be that hard. I bet you could ask Greenmachinedriver for some tips. I'm just an apprentice but he's a Master Tech. I've only ever done the front springs on a 250, and they weren't hard.
