Using OEM Brembo Calipers With 19 in. Wheels?
Hey Guys I need some help. I would like to do a brake upgrade and have a 2010 1LT M6 Camaro that I am am using 19 in. wheels front and rear.
My question is, since the V-6 cars use the SAME steering knuckles FRONT AND REAR as the SS cars, can I use the SS OEM Brembo Calipers and Rotors and will they CLEAR the 19 in. wheels? If ANY of you guys or gals out there have done this, PLEASE chime in. Pics would also be great! Thanks in advance for all your help! Red 2010 Camaro |

Depends on wheel design and offset. What ones? People can buy 20s that don't fit or 17s that do fit, its all in the wheel.

OEM Brembo Calipers With 19 in. Wheels?
What I forgot to mention is that I am currently using OEM Wheels from a 2008 C-6 Corvette. I am using HUB-Centric FORGED- BILLET CONVERSION wheel adapters that take the 120 mm. bolt circle of the Camaro and changes it to the 4.750 bolt circle of the Corvette.
The FRONT Wheels are 18 by 8.5 using a +32mm. offset and the REAR Wheels are 19 by 10in. using a +45 mm. offset. What I would like to do for now is run the OEM SS Brembo Calipers and Rotors in the REAR with the Corvette 19in. by 10in. Wheels, and use the Calipers and rotors in the FRONT from a CTS-V Cadillac using the OEM 18in. by 8.5in. C-6 Corvette Wheels. I have tried to attach a few pics. Thanks in advance for the help.
