Not the wheel we are talking about, those are the other style they are selling and they are not real ZL1 wheels that are rotary forged. No one is reproducing these 10 spoke black wheels...

So does this mean you want to look like a ZL1?

I'll be purchasing wheels and tires for cold weather driving. As we all know, the stock tires are soft, and for summer use only, and will be stored for warmer days and track time. Anyone else doing this? If so, what are your plans...would stock SS rims work?

Yes SS rims would work but depends on what tires you choose.... If you put some radials on it you would be fine

$4K? What are the chances you sell your wheels for more than you pay for your next set? A car that makes you money? You can't beat that.

I am really buying the 1LE for the upgraded transmission/gears and other suspension upgrades...I really am not a fan of the black 10 spokes, Busy Boi chromed a set and they look damn good...but I really like my 19" Forgestar's, so will keep running those and maybe pick up some new Forgeline wheels if Nineball gives me a good deal on them...

I really love the chrome 1LE wheels too but I would jump off a cliff for a set of the polished aluminum ones. I won't probably ever get aftermarket wheels but if I did I would go with those forgestars. When they built those GM said, "Crap, we can't use that design now.". They've been out for awhile but they still look fresh and like they belong on an SS.
