Thumbs up Vitesse Motorsports

Paddle Shifters from Ahmed @ Vitesse mototsports, Product installs great works even better, I don't know why anyone would buy the Hurst setup, unless they want to say "Well I have a Hurst", I did have a small problem, but Ahmed "manned-up", and satisfied me to the max, Very happy with the service, both before and after the purchase

My fiancee ordered me some for Christmas and still haven't come in. Is there a wait time on shipping?

One of my best purchase

I installed mine early this summer and I would'nt drive my car without the paddles anymore. Easy to shift where ever I have my hands on the steering. Easly install, takes less than 5 minutes. Great product. Although I had to sand the outside edges with a 400 grit paper. Now feels smooth. And yes there is enough space for the signals and setup levers.

The delivery was super awesome and fast, I didn't install them yet.
Vitesse cares a lot about their customers, was always in touch with me via emails.

I am not happy with the product or the service on the 2013 shifters. Three attempts at the correct part have failed, I have had to pull the steering wheel to replace the broken shifter controller, and the customer service has been less than satisfactory. Apparently it's my fault that their product breaks my car, and I have not been offered the refund I requested.

ryanyoung1768 is a customer who is trying to badmouth our Paddle shifters because we refused to give him a refund. He said if you don't send me a full refund, I will badmouth your product and that's what he is trying to do now, this is why you will see his posts on our various threads.

Thank you everyone for all the nice comments.

If he's been through 3 tries with your product as he states, then why shouldn't he expect a refund. And regardless, this is a vendor review section so this would be the place to bad mouth, or commend, products and customer service. If he's unsatisfied, then I would say he has a right to share that?

He has all the rights to express his feeling and opinion about our products and customer service.

This is what this thread is about.
I am just explaining what happened.
