I was meaning to get a cam setup for the f/i.

You can buy twincharge kits for the:
1) Ionredline/CBSS supercharged
2)supercharged grandprix's
3)Mini cooper S
4)Terminator cobra's

It's a pretty mean powercurve and they are capable of enourmous pressure (40-60psi).

They make more sense to me on a small disp engine, since they are lacking in the low end torque dept. V-8's (well except fords ) have plenty of grunt down low.
Lookup " compound turbo" on youtube.

Sounds badass. Roots howl with the turbohiss.

I like ProCharger personally by a great past experience and a completly negative one from KenneBell. You can twin supercharge just like you can twin turbo charge. Your big block needs a centrifical supercharger (ProCharger) to keep the heat down and make more power & torque at the same psi over a screw or roots type
