Cam characteristics are such that tailoring it to the blower psi is WAY better then buying the wrong cam for F/I and be stuck with it because "That was the budget" and you bought before you "needed" it. They make more sense to me on a small disp engine, since they are lacking in the low end torque dept. V-8's (well except fords  ) have plenty of grunt down low.Lookup " compound turbo" on youtube. Sounds badass. Roots howl with the turbohiss. |

I like ProCharger personally by a great past experience and a completly negative one from KenneBell. You can twin supercharge just like you can twin turbo charge. Your big block needs a centrifical supercharger (ProCharger) to keep the heat down and make more power & torque at the same psi over a screw or roots type
