It's an open differential. I would do the posi but to do the swap, it would be about 1500 in parts.

Can you just buy a different carrier or can you swap in a SS rear?

Just a posi swap should get you that 13.9 pass.

Yes, many of the v6s have already swapped in SS rears but that swap is 1500. Because it requires quite a bit of parts.

I bought them through a vendor on here, send a message to camaro2lt and he can get you set up with a set. They set me back about 700 for them and then you have to buy a harness to get them to work on a non-rs car that was another 150

I really like it, it completely changes the look of the car. Its the best cosmetic mod I've done to date

So how do you like the RS headlights compared to the retrofit you did a while back? Your car is coming along when I first started.

It's honestly a 50/50. I like the RS lights just fine but really love the "white" halos. I hated the pinkish/blueish "white" I got with RGB halos. I do miss all the colors though. It was pretty cool at times. I did like the light output on the retrofit though. It's not a massive massive difference between the retrofit and RS lights but with the retrofit, it was a slightly better throw and wider as well. It's not a big difference. If you didn't know what to look for, chances are you couldn't even tell the difference. I also had 5000K on my retrofit which I really loved. The 4300K is good but the 5000K I guess I just liked better.

Just let me know if you want to go to the track a friday and I'll go with you if you want. I love going to make a few passes. Hopefully, in a few weeks I'll have some more mods

Do you plan to get the new RGBW LEDs that Ofer just came out with?

Yea but probably not for awhile. I'm getting some stuff shipped in right now and will probably finish off the performance part of the car while I'm at it. Well at least be close to finishing. I'll then focus on appearance.
