Get a 2ss/rs with L99 and upgrade suspension. Done.

Stick: the 1LE only comes in manual. This forum is for shifting purists, so to speak. I like the suggestion above to look at the Zl1 if you don't want to shift.

while i am not sure if the poster is trolling but his advice was sound. all 1le's come in stick. if you cant drive a manual then your sol. unless you go zl1. maybe the new vettes are both.. hmmm not sure.

I'm not sure what you're looking for? The 1LE is a track car. The suspension is stiff, very stiff. The wheels are so wide you can't take them through a car wash and the tires will likely last you less than 10K miles if you treat them nicely. Anyone wanting an auto likely does NOT want a track car, which indicates that you simply like the way the 1LE looks and could care less about its track capabilities.
So. Go get a non-1LE in an auto, make it a V6 for all we care, and then have the hood wrapped and get some ZL1/1LE wheel knock-offs and you're all set. |

If you think you could stretch to a new 2013 ZL1, PM me. My dealer has three autos on his lot and he is very motivated to move them.

OP, why are you considering a 1LE? What do you like about it , the looks or track capability? If you want looks get a 2SS and mod it look similar, if you want handling get a 2SS and add the 1LE suspension parts. If you want a bad ass track car learn how to drive stick then get the 1LE.
