That is definitely a broken 5th bow I have had it happen twice and it looked exactly like that. Don't let them give you any crap about covering the repair. A CPO car should have never been sold in that condition. It should have been caught and repaired during the inspection process.

What does a 5th bow repair typically cost?

Man, I really hate GM when I read theads ilke these. While I plan to keep my 2013, and have yet to have any top issues, it's just pathetic how poorly designed the 2011 and 2012 convertible tops are. I'm a big believer in supporting (financially) a company that stands behnd their products and that just doesn't seem to be GM. Had I known about all these issues before I bought mine, I really don't think I would have pulled the trigger.

Update: finally took the car in to my local Chevy dealer and the service manager immediately knew what the issue was. He mentioned that they have worked on several Camaros with the same issue and successfully completed the repairs. I was put in a loaner and the repair is estimated to take up to 2 weeks.

Update: received my car back after 2 weeks and thank god, the dealership came through. It looks perfect. Vandergriff Chevrolet did the job and did it right. No charge, and got a Camaro as a loaner for those 2 weeks
