Disappointing numbers after Superchips tune

2SS/RS L99 A6. Only mods are Superchips tune with AFM disabled. I was expecting somewhere in the 330's RWHP

What's with this dip in torque between 2700 and 3700RPM?

Yea, my dyno sheet showed a dip in power and torque as well, but I have no tune only exhaust. Where did you have the tune done? I know a few of our Cali family members have had their cars tuned (tribone recently) and I think he's at 350 RWHP (intake and exhaust).

Family...any suggestions?

Dick Wagoners Dyno Tune in Torrance installed the Superchips. But with the handheld it's basically plug N play. Since I bought the unit from them, they did the install. They don't Dyno for HP though so I went to Custom Performance Racing in Gardena to get the numbers. Wasn't real impressed with them though. Didn't even put a blower in front of the car till after the second pull. Appeared to be an afterthought. May just be me but now Camaro doesn't seem to be shifting as firm and seems to have lost a little of it's torquiness.

Superior Automotive Engineering in Anaheim are real top-notch guys. We recently had a dyno day at their facilities and they are the ones that did the tune for tribone (our fearless leader ).

I don't know anything about Superchips so I can't really tell you where to go from here. I'm really sorry that you are dissappointed with your numbers. :(

I honestly can't tell you monstertodd. The day we did our dyno day, I believe we got a special rate. I'll see what I can find...

EDIT: it could be $100 for 3 pulls, but depends on the speed shop per tribone

$400.00 to $600.00 for a good dyno TUNE ! not just dyno run's but usually includes retunes if you need too get your stock tune back to bring it to the dealer for warranty work.

Forgive my ignorance but , how does that work? You have to go back to the tuner to have your stock tune put back on before taking vehicle in for servicing? Then back again to get performance tune?
