For those with the light grey interiors, here's a dual gauge pillar painted to match. Those are Cobalt's wideband A/F and vacuum/boost gauges from autometer. Pillar pod from Stillen, paint from SEM. I'll give a better report after I drive the car (just installed today).

Others above have posted but not have seen any answers to any of these pillar pods questions (air bag compliant?):

"I can't see what's going to stop those gauges from launching in your face in a crash?"

First, they're going to pivot where they slide into the dash at the bottom.

Second, there is a retainer strap about 1/3 of the way down to keep it from flying out more than about three inches.

Last, hopefully in a crash like that your steering wheel airbag will be deployed as well.

My gauge installer said this one wasn't perfect, but was better than some of the others out there.

Unfortunately the view of the second (lower) gauge is partly blocked by the top gauge. I'm 6', might be fine if I was only 5'-8".

AutoMeter says their part is air bag compatible. I have not seen the others.

I know what you mean. I actually got the Trinity before the gauge pillars were out for our cars. If I had it to do over again, I'd go with PLX multi-gauges and Fesler dual pillar pod. That would be sweet..
