I went from 251 lbs in 2009 down to 170 lbs in mid 2010. Now I am back to 200 lbs. I was on a diet but quit because life is too short to starve

My new years resolution is to eat "a lot" of healthy food and start taking my 8 miles walk/jogs everyday starting in the spring, too cold right now.

I'm in! Already planning to do it anyway, so having a group to be accountable to will help that much more!

I want to lose 25 pounds and be able to run a 5K by late March. I signed up for a crazy 5k in April (www.warriordash.com) and don't want to be the old lady that can't finish!

I'll play. I pledge to lose 15 pound by March 15th. I plan to eat more healthy food choices and go to the gym 3 times a week for Body Pump class! I just have to be more dedicated.

I'm planning on trying P90X. I'm 6'2" and 190 and would like to lose about 15 pounds while toning up my stomach, arms, etc.

I am in. I really would love to lose 40lbs but I will make realistic and go for 25lbs and continue from there if all is going well.

I'm in too. I have already lost a good bit & started toning up. I only need to lose a little more & then continue toning & MAINTAIN the weight loss. Zumba & a great dance/exercize class have helped me along with starting every day with a fruit & protien shake & generally healthy eating. I do allow myself to endulge my passions for favorite foods sometimes. Glad to have my Camaro comrads to keep me on track.

year in a little while and then.........

I'M ON IT!!

Cleared the house of all the junk food so I won't
be tempted over the weekend.

I'm confident we can all accomplish our goals with
each others help and support

I'm in too. The whole family is starting The Biggest Loser 30 day jump start on Monday. I'm shooting for a goal of 20lbs.

Good luck everyone and Happy New Year!

I lost 45 pounds in 2010 to drop from 205 down to 160. My goal for weight is to maintain this year and stay around 160-165.
