Just when you thought it was afes to drive

Seems with the past weather forecast a small dusting of snow (I mean a horrible blizzard) MoCo and N. VA decided it was time to salt the hell out of the major roads!! Way to go and spend are tax dollars again!! I mean seriously even if we did get 2" of snow did they really have to put this much salt down with the highs in the 40's the snow would have melted! uggg

They needed to protect the Mustangs on the roads and all those other cars that are not equipt well enough, just in case it got slick.

I know it can be frustrating, but better to be safe with lives than sorry.

One good thing about living in a cul-de-sec..we are considered tertiary and the last to get any sort of snow services. Glad they forget us this time. Just swept up 25 lbs of pea gravel last weekend in front of my place..
