do you hear your gas

i was wondering if anyone else can hear there gas in the tank when you come to a stop. i can,and im not sure if your suppose to. i never heard my gas before with any of my other cars.after i use about a quarter of a tank,i can really hear it.

I have heard it before when coming to a stop. I don't think it's a big deal

Not me! Sounds like the factory forgot to install a baffle in the tank. I don't think you should be able to hear the gas sloshing around.

cars have been doing this for years. don't know why they don't at least put a sponge in there like the cell on my drag car

Yup, usually when i hit the slab elevation when putting it in the garage. Sometimes when i have to stomp on the brake to avoid those red light cameras, you know the ones whete the caution lights last only 2 seconds!!! Slosh slosh slosh...

never heard mine. and as someone else said, there should be baffles in the tank to prevent sloshing.

maybe ill call the dealer about it,but i know what theyll say"its normal of course"i dont hear it when its on full but after i get to 3/4 of a tank or less i hear it. i checked the doors and trunk, no water so its gotta be the gas.everything looks good under the car.
